Humbled and inspired.
Dustin and I have been wanting to write this update since Tuesday, but we've been full-throttle since the moment we hit "launch" on this project. When you put yourself out there and share something with the world, it's a glass case of emotions, with high highs and low lows. Excitement-to-fear-to-elation-to-anxiety and then right back to excitement again, sometimes all in a few minutes. Startups send their founders on this emotional rollercoaster often; however, it has an even bigger impact when you present your product to the public - while at the same time, asking your friends and family to watch closely ... and participate ... and support you. So when we clicked the launch button and everyone stepped up to the plate and we met our goal before noon on the first day, the only emotion was pure gratitude to all of you that made it happen. This just inspires us to keep building this company to spread the word that there really are natural - and effective - solutions to pain.
With all that said, I'd like to share some highlights from the campaign so far:
- Robert H, the very first backer: not only were you the first one to back this project, but you did it in a big way. I can't thank you enough.
- Reaching our goal before noon. Never in my wildest dreams did I think 200 people would back this project in the first day, let alone before lunch!
- Getting featured in some great media publications like Daily Mom and Aspiring Gentlemen. And interviewing with more crazy exciting outlets that I can't mention yet, but can't wait for you all to read!
I'm glowing with gratitude for every one of you. The people we've known for years that stepped up and supported us. And the people we don't know that put your trust in us and believe in this mission. When you are in pain, life gets put on hold. I believe we can build natural, long lasting solutions together and help everyone in pain get their lives back.
Thank you for an incredible start to this campaign. I'll be back soon with more updates and some exciting announcements for stretch goals - some great additions to this product that you are going to love. Stay tuned!
Eric
Health Tip #1
Down-regulate the nervous system: What are you doing to restore your hormone levels? The best answer here may be a good night's rest. Each night when we go to bed, we want to think of our sleep as a nightly fine tuning of a piano so everything is working in harmony. By reducing our stress level, whether it’s stress induced or life in general, we can sleep better and recover faster. Massaging soft tissue lowers cortisol levels and sets us on a path to a night of good sleep that will restore healthy hormone production.
With your help, we can continue spreading the word about natural, lasting solutions for pain relief.
